Panasonic Ratti Chhatr Scholarship Program
Overview
The Panasonic Ratti Chhatr Scholarship Program 2026-27 is an initiative of Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. to provide financial assistance to students from low-income families pursuing engineering at IITs.
Selection Process: Scholars are selected through a multi-stage evaluation — initial shortlisting based on academic merit and financial background, with preference given to candidates from the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category.
Amount & Benefits
Eligibility
Applicants must: Be Indian students admitted to the first year of B.E./B.Tech at any IIT for the 2026-27 academic year; Have secured at least 75% marks in Class 12; Have annual family income from all sources not exceeding ₹8,00,000. Children of employees of Buddy4Study and Panasonic are not eligible.
