1. About the service

Scholar4Study is an independent scholarship application-assistance platform. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any scholarship provider, government body or educational institution. Selection and disbursal are governed entirely by the provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be an Indian resident, at least 13 years old, and provide accurate information about yourself. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to the use of this service.

3. Authorization to act as agent

By enrolling for our assistance service on any scholarship, you expressly authorize Scholar4Study and its designated team members to access, download, view and use documents you upload; complete application forms on your behalf using the information you have provided; submit applications through the scholarship provider''s official portal on your behalf; and correspond with the provider on your behalf where such correspondence is necessary to complete the application. You remain the applicant of record. You may revoke this authorization at any time in writing.

4. Fees

Service fees are displayed on each scholarship page before you enrol for assistance. Fees are for our application-assistance work only, not for the scholarship itself, and do not influence selection. See the Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We make no guarantee that any application will be accepted or that any scholarship amount will be disbursed. Selection depends solely on the scholarship provider.

6. Prohibited use

You may not submit false information, upload documents you are not entitled to use, or apply to scholarships you know you are ineligible for.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
