1. Who we are

Scholar4Study ("we", "us") operates an application-assistance platform that helps Indian students discover scholarships and, for a service fee, apply on their behalf. We are not a scholarship provider.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email, phone.
• Profile information: education level, course, state, family income, category.
• Documents you upload: Aadhaar, marksheets, income certificate, category certificate, bank details, admission letters.
• Usage data: pages viewed, scholarships saved, applications initiated.

3. How we use it

We use your information to match you to eligible scholarships, to complete and submit applications on your behalf where you have authorized us to do so, and to keep you updated on application status.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the site is used.

• Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to help us improve the site.
• Google AdSense may show advertisements on our public pages. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

We do not place advertisements inside your dashboard, application forms or uploaded documents, and we do not share your uploaded documents or application data with advertisers.

5. Sharing

We share application data only with the scholarship provider you have chosen to apply to, and with payment and communication vendors that support our service. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

We retain your profile and documents as long as your account is active, and delete them within 90 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@scholar4study.com.

8. Children

The service is intended for students aged 13 and above; students under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
