Eligibility

Applicants must: Be a permanent resident of a North Eastern state and an Indian national; Be studying at diploma, bachelor's, master's or M.Phil/PhD level in India; Meet the eligibility of the previous qualifying examination. Considered only in the year the course begins; later years are renewals.
