Overview
The Muskaan Scholarship Program 2.0 (2026-27), a CSR initiative of Valvoline Cummins Private Ltd. (VCPL), provides financial relief, academic stability, and road-safety mentoring to underprivileged students across eligible southern, eastern, and northeastern states.
Selection Process: Candidates complete a multi-step online application with personal, academic, and income details, followed by eligibility-based shortlisting, document verification with telephonic interaction, panel interviews (Zoom/offline camps), and final approval.

Eligibility
Applicants must: Be studying in Classes 9–12 in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Tripura, Puducherry, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, or West Bengal; Be children of commercial drivers (LMV/HMV licence holders), children of mechanics, or from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS); Have scored a minimum of 60% in the previous class; Have annual family income not exceeding ₹8,00,000. Children of VCPL or Buddy4Study employees are not eligible.
