Eligibility

Applicants must: Be a full-time PhD scholar already registered or admitted at a recognised Indian university; Be an Indian or other Asian-country national; Be below 35 years as of 1 October (relaxation up to 5 years for OBC-NCL, ST, SC, PwD, women, third-gender applicants and armed forces veterans); Hold a first-class postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks at both graduate and postgraduate level; Not hold any other scholarship simultaneously.
