Applicants must: Hold an M.Sc. or equivalent in Physics/Electronics (first division) with valid NET, OR a B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics/Electronics (first division) with valid NET/GATE, OR an M.E./M.Tech with first division in both UG and PG; Be an Indian national; Be aged 28 or under (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC). Selection is by walk-in interview rather than an online application deadline.
