Monthly scholarship of ₹400–₹700 for Odisha students with disabilities from primary to postgraduate level. Applications for 2026-27 close 30 November 2026.

  • postgraduate and technical/vocational ₹700.
  • Reader's allowance for visually impaired students (₹200–₹400) and transport allowance of ₹200 for eligible orthopaedically disabled students.

Eligibility

Applicants must: Be a bona fide resident of Odisha with a certified disability; Be studying from primary through postgraduate level, including technical and vocational courses at recognised institutions; Have total annual family income not exceeding ₹60,000 (BPL students exempt from the income certificate); Not receive another state or central government scholarship.
